Non-alcoholic elixirs
Lemon Lime Tonic + Cayenne
Pour Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic over ice.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Garnish with a slice of dried lemon.
Dry lemon slices by heating the oven to 200 or its lowest setting, arranging 1/8-inch thick slices on parchment-lined baking sheets and baking for 2-2.5 hours or until dry.
Lemon Lime Tonic + Strawberry Basil
Gently mash together 8 strawberries, 10 basil leaves, a spoonful of sugar or monk fruit sweetener and a pinch of salt in a shaking tin or pitcher.
Stir in Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic and ice.
Strain the mixture into ice-filled cocktail glasses.
Garnish with slices of strawberries.

.5 oz fresh lime juice
.25 oz pure maple syrup
2 cucumber slices
8 fresh basil leaves
top with Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic
Muddle together cucumber slices and lime juice in a shaking tin. Put some muscle into it.
Add basil and gently muddle.
Add pure maple syrup and ice, shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic and stir.
Garnish with cucumber slices.

Brighter Moscow Mule

1.5 oz vodka
.25 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz Brighter Lemon Ginger Turmeric sparkling tonic
Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug and drop in the lime shell.
Add ice and vodka and fill glass with Brighter Lemon Ginger Turmeric sparkling tonic.
Stir gently. Garnish with a lime twist or slice.
Ancho and Lefty

1.5 oz tequila blanco
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
.5 oz vanilla-infused honey (recipe below)
Top with Brighter Blood Orange sparkling tonic in a tall Collins glass
Shake all the ingredients except tonic into a shaking tin and strain into a tall Collins glass.
Add ice, top with Brighter Blood Orange sparkling tonic (about half a can per drink).
Give a quick stir.
@ladyjayewest vanilla-infused honey
Take 1 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in saucepan, add 1 vanilla bean. Cut the bean in half and take out the contents using the back of a knife and throw everything (including bean) into the saucepan. After ingredients are brought to a boil and stirred, chill for a couple of hours. Leave the bean in to create more vanilla flavor (or remove it before chilling for a more subtle flavor).

1.5 oz gin
2 cucumber strips
5 small mint leaves
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz aquafaba (or egg white)
Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic
Using a peeler, peel cucumber into thin strips (two is fine).
Gently muddle cucumber strips, mint leaves and simple syrup in a shaking tin to release juices and oils.
Add gin, fresh lime juice, and aquafaba and dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake well for 15 more seconds, fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Brighter Lemon Lime sparkling tonic.
